Event News / History:

One weekend MCT event concluded last night (Sunday), as Trevor Loreth of St. Vital won the Enns Brothers Classic in Morris.

With Dan Bender, Trevor Funk, and Scott Fuchs, Loreth won $3,500 and a berth in the MCT Championships in Ste. Anne-Steinbach January 7-9th, by beating Pat Spiring 7-3 in the final.
Spiring was taking a weekend off from his normal pursuit as third for Dave Boehmer, earning $2,000 for his Grain Exchange foursome of Dave Carswell, Rich Daneault and Dennis Curle.
Randy Neufeld of La Salle and Ryan Hyde of Portage lost in the semi-finals (16 teams-four qualifiers), worth $1,200 apiece, and Bryan Zachary of the Granite earned $500 by winning the Consolation event.
