MCT MEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP
December 11-13, 2015

TEAMS: The first invitations to participate will go to the top 16 teams on the season-long rankings of performance on the Manitoba Curling Tour presented by Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries. Teams below #16 will be invited as/if teams in the top 16 decline their invitations.

FIRST DRAW: All teams will play their first game at either noon or 3pm on December 11.

There will be no draw concessions.

VITERRA BERTHS: One to the champion (or highest finishing eligible team) and three to the highest ranked teams after the championship.

ENTRY FEE: $400 per team

PRIZE MONEY: Thanks to the support of Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy, prize money
has been increased for the
2015 MCT Championship.

Subject to final budget confirmation:

1: $2,500 – 2: $2,000 – 3 & 4: $1500 – 5 & 6: $1000

** Teams which do not qualify will each receive a $100 expenses re-imbursement

** MCT will pay the CurlManitoba ‘berth fees’

SPARES: Per published MCT Rules, teams must play with season-listed players ONLY to qualify for MCT points through the championship. Teams may play with spares to compete for prize money only.

MCT WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP

TEAMS: The first invitations to participate will go to the top 12 teams on the season-long rankings of performance on the Manitoba Curling Tour presented by Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries. Teams below #12 will be invited as/if teams in the top 16 decline their invitations.

FIRST DRAW: Teams seeded #’s 5-8 will play their first game at noon on December 11. Seeds #1-4 will play their first game at 3pm. There will be no draw concessions.

SCOTTIES BERTHS: One to the champion (or highest finishing eligible team) and two to the highest ranked teams after the championship.

ENTRY FEE: $400 per team
